BEING CONSISTENT IN YOUR REAL ESTATE CAREER WILL BUILD CONFIDENCE IN YOUR CLIENT BASE
Take your real estate marketing for example, if you reach out to your marketing area with four contacts over a 4 week period and then not again for another month you will find that sellers in your area will either forget you altogether or will take the view that you are an inconsistent operator.

Not only that, do you realise that one of the biggest hurdles even the top real estate agents battle against is the fluctuating income.
When you get so busy with writing contracts your marketing lapses and then when you have completed the contracts you have no contacts for your listings. It becomes a vicious cycle. This is where planning comes in. If you can see that you are not going to be able to complete all your duties for the week some form of delegation needs to take place. If you are experiencing this problem on a regular basis then maybe it is time for look for a PA.
